It’s been a long time coming, but Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is finally releasing this week! There are tons of changes in the game from previous entries, and your favorite characters might not be as strong anymore because of those changes. This post will cover all the major player rankings for each character so you can plan accordingly before jumping into online battles or going to an event on release day. Let’s get started with our A tier list first!) (A) Hawkeye- She Hulk(A) Strider Hiryu B Tier: Dr Doom (- Super Skrull C Tier Sentinel D Tier The rest of the roster). E Tier Rocket Raccoon F Tier Jill Valentine G Tiers The rest of the roster
Let’s go ahead and get the A tier out of the way first.
Hawkeye (She Hulk) – Hawkeye is a great character for beginners, but has lots of advanced techniques that can make her hard to use at higher levels as well. Her specialties are zoning and set-ups, so keep in mind that she’s a control style fighter with some good mix ups when you’re playing against her! She’s very strong on defense because of this too. Strider Hiryu – Strider is one of the best characters in Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite because he offers something unique among all these combos based fighters by being able to zip around everywhere on screen during his fights. His strengths include fast pressure, long range poking from his Cypher, and surprisingly strong mix-ups. Dante – A returning veteran from Marvel vs Capcom: Fate of Two Worlds, Dante has been buffed up even more than he was back then to make him a force to be reckoned with in MVCI! He’s got quick attacks that allow you to pressure your opponents at any range while also offering some good combo fodder too. His Devil Trigger allows him access to all these crazy specials like enhanced projectiles and combos for maximum damage!
Felicia (Super Skrull) – Feliciano is one of those characters who plays differently depending on which point she’s used as an anchor character. If she’s the anchor, she can be played as a rushdown character who aims to zone opponents with her projectiles. If she’s on the point, then you’re free to experiment with any playstyle that suits your tastes! This section is highlighted in blue because it has been edited since originally being published at 11:00 AM EST. Spider-Man .A fan favorite and another returning veteran from Marvel vs Capcom: Fate of Two Worlds, Spider-Man is just as fast and agile he was last time around but now he also packs some surprises for his foes too! His webbing allows him access to long range mixups while his Spidey Sense special lets him know when an opponent will attack so that he can get out of harm’s
