The question I always ask myself is whether or not I’m thinking about this now, or whether my brain is just processing it in a completely subconscious way. On the one hand, it’s certainly not a bad thing to be doing things consciously, but the fact is that our brain is only as good as the information it is processing at any given moment. That’s why things like the “what’s going on now?” question are so important.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but most of our minds are not completely working at the same time. This is because our thoughts are often processed in a more subconscious way (i.e., the way our brain naturally processes things) than our thoughts are actually processed. For example, if I am about to type a sentence, there’s no conscious thought of “I’m typing a sentence.
At least in the case of the whats happening now question, we all can probably agree that the question is not the right thing to be asking at this point. If you are asking a question that is not asked very often, don’t you think it’s better to be specific with the answer? Also, most of our minds are not completely working at the same time because our thoughts are being processed subconsciously.
This is why we ask questions. It is one of the few times we can really get a clear answer that we can be sure we wont be misunderstood. But usually we are not able to answer the question we would like to answer. We can only focus on what we are doing. If we are not focused on what we are doing we get distracted and lose focus. We have always been aware of this, but we have not learned to be aware of it until now.
In a way, this is a good time to be aware of that. We have all been focused on the task. We have all been focused on what we are doing. But we are not always aware of this. It takes a bit of self-awareness to realize that we are being distracted and that we should be focused on what we are doing. This can be dangerous.
We are doing, we have been since the beginning of time. We have always been doing things. But we are not always aware of this. This is where we can take the most dangerous risk. Because we are not always aware of what we are doing, we can be focused on our distractions and our tasks and forget about what we are doing. This is what happens when we have not learned to be aware of our distractions or our tasks.
Not all distractions are dangerous. They can be useful. But just like any other distraction, they must be checked for and controlled. In other words, we must be aware of what we are doing in order to be effective. The danger in this approach is that we become overly focused on our tasks and forget about our distractions. A distraction is something that interrupts your task.
The solution is mindfulness.
Mindfulness is something that is all about not being distracted. We tend to have a general idea about what the distractions are and what tasks we are supposed to perform. And we also tend to have a general idea about our task and our distractions. But as a general rule, we are not all aware of the same things. That’s why mindfulness is so important and such an important part of recovery from addiction.
