This article is the first I have written in a couple of years. I have been spending a lot of time working on a series of articles about the topic of mental health. This one is about the ways in which we can use our thoughts, emotions, and actions to create our own better version of ourselves.
This is an important topic and one that I spent a lot of time thinking about in the last few years.
