Yes, there are two to three levels of self-awareness. At first glance, the highest level of self-awareness may seem like a little bit of a stretch. However, it’s really good to have a level of self-awareness that you can make you have a better idea of when you’re on the right road, where you need to act, and where everything is going wrong.
The idea is that our level of self-awareness will start to become activated when in situations where we are confronted with something that is “out of our control.” Even if the situation is “out of our control” it tends to make everything a little bit more complicated because we can never be sure what will happen next.
It seems to me this is the main problem with the self-awareness movement. People talk a lot about how they’re trying to have better levels of awareness, but often they forget that we’re just getting in a car and suddenly the road changes, or we can die, or we can meet a random person on the street who we’ve met only briefly before and now we’ll never get to talk to him again.
I think it is the same problem as the’self-awareness’ movement. We always want to know what’s going to happen next, but we also want to leave it up to someone else.
