I dont know about you guys, but I like my gym membership. To me it does not have to be a big place either because I know there are plenty of smaller gyms in my area. I think I just went to one and they were really nice, and it looked like they were being used. I liked the one I went to because I could swim. I dont know what kind of workout I did but I could tell one of the trainers was pretty enthusiastic about it.
It may be a little cheesy to say that your trainers are really enthusiastic about exercise, but I do think it’s a pretty good thing. I think it makes you feel like you’re doing something good for yourself, not just a bunch of junk. And if you feel like you’re missing out on something, that’s great. I have been doing this for a few weeks now and I can honestly say, Ive not seen a single person who doesnt have a trainer.
