In the world of psychology, we’re called “half-duplex” because we have two separate self-beliefs, one of which can be seen in the mirror and the other of which is reflected through the lens of our face. The mirror self-image is known as the “outer self,” while the inner self is referred to as our “inner self.
This is the same as asking, “What’s half-duplex?” or “What’s dual-duplex?” There are actually two possible definitions for the word, both of which use words that sound a lot like the word you’re searching for. While the first definition is pretty straightforward, the second is a little more difficult to describe.
It’s a combination of two different things. The inner self is the part of the self that knows and is able to control you. The other part of the self is the part of the self that doesn’t know or act as a part of you. In a dual-duplex, we are both the inner and the outer self. The two are separate yet equal parts of our being, and are both able to communicate within us.
While you’re not 100% sure it is possible to have a dual-duplex, it is possible to be both the inner and outer self. That’s what a dual-duplex is. We are both the inner and outer self at the same time.
A lot of us have experienced this when we’ve had a lot of pain and we’ve been able to let it go. We could take it back and try to stop it, but what would that accomplish? The pain is still there, and while it may seem like an easier thing to try to stop, it will likely just continue. We have to allow ourselves the pain to do what it wants to do.
If we are the inner and outer self at the same time, we are simultaneously the mind and the body. Mind and body both work together as one, and if we are both the inner and outer self, then we are simultaneously the mind and the body.
We have to let go of these things we dread in life, like death and fear. We need them as a temporary reprieve, and we need to allow our body to heal from the trauma of these things. The mind and the body work together to heal us, and if we allow the pain to go, it will most likely heal us anyway. For that reason we have to let go of the things that we dread.
