I’ve been working as a speaker, trainer, and consultant for over a decade and I’ve been lucky enough to get to know many amazing people.
If I was going to describe myself in the above paragraph, I would probably say that I’m a life-long learner. I started out as a journalist and a journalist has always been my first love. I have had many people tell me that I have a knack for getting people to understand things that are difficult for them to understand. In the same way that I have learned from my family, friends, and mentors, I have also been lucky to learn from a number of gurus.
My guru Randhawa is a very rare example of someone who has become a master of many things. Whether it is creating amazing things, sharing that knowledge, or inspiring others, he has always been able to find ways to make things easier on himself and I admire that. When I started talking to him, I was really looking to learn a bit about how he does things and I was curious about his philosophy and how he approaches life.
Randhawa doesn’t just do things. He does things way better than most. It’s clear from his own blog posts that Randhawa has done a lot of work in the art of writing. From the blog entry that I linked to earlier, he has quite successfully made writing about writing.
I first came across Randhawa in a blog post about creating a blog. Then I read his book about creating a blog and I was hooked. His book has a lot of information that I actually use in my own writing, but I feel like there are more to learn in his blog posts, because they are so full of information. Like his posts about creating a blog, some of his blog posts are quite short and they often contain great pointers.
Your website is designed to take your audience to places they don’t normally find them to visit. It’s a good thing all the websites you go to are free.
I mean, I’m not saying you should stop working on your website, but it has been fun to see your blog grow and develop all over the internet. A lot of people have been asking that question, but I’ve been able to come up with answers that are a little more technical than that.
Randhawa’s blog posts are short but there is a lot of detail packed into them. I find them very useful and sometimes their points are quite profound. Ive been learning a lot from them and have been able to dig into how I can take my blog to new heights.
We will continue to grow. Because if we don’t grow, we will have to find other ways to do things. I do wonder how many of the new blogs will be as high as we are, but that’s another story. I guess I’ll have to get away from the internet and move on.
A lot of blogs are written about things that matter to people in the real world, and not just the blogosphere. The internet was designed to be a part of our daily lives, and to a certain extent, it is. But the internet is also the same as any other media outlet, and that makes it very difficult to get the same content out to people that we would if we were sitting in front of the TV.
