We are not saying that you should only eat fruits and vegetables, we are saying that if you are not eating enough of them, you need to eat less. It’s just a general statement about the way we are eating that we are not implying that you need to cut out all meat, dairy, and eggs.
Many of the health issues that plague our society today can be traced back to a lack of exercise, so maybe we should be encouraging people to get more exercise so they don’t need to eat meat.
