BH is so new that it’s only recently been widely accepted as a field. There is much debate about what exactly BH is, but some folks agree that BH is a new way of looking at health and wellness. We want to help people understand BH better and make it easier for them to embrace it.
BH is a field of science that seeks to examine an individual’s lifestyle, values, and habits to see if there are any patterns and/or tendencies that could potentially lead to chronic disease. It can be difficult to understand BH, because many people believe that by changing your habits you can change your health. To us, BH is about understanding your values and habits so you can make better decisions for your health.
Biobehavioral health is pretty much the same as health, except that BH is a lot less complex and scientific. It’s a set of values and habits that, when taken over time, lead to a variety of chronic diseases. BH is a much more complicated science as it examines the whole person, not the “health” of the body. We are all different, but for most people your BH will be different from that of anyone else.
For a lot of people, the idea of BH is going to be just one word in an essay, but for those of us with chronic illnesses, BH is a complex thing. It’s been shown that for every person who has BH, there exists a person with BH that is significantly different. BH researchers have also shown that BH has no correlation with life expectancy or disability.
A good place to start is with biobehavioral health, which is a good place to start with the whole person, not just the health of the body. So how do we define BH? I can say it’s when you have good health. It also means no health problems. And that’s it. A lot of people find that BH is something that’s mostly a matter of personal choice. But I’d argue that BH as a concept, if it has any meaning at all, is very much about having a good health plan and taking care of your own health.
I think that we need to look at both BH and self-awareness in this way. In the same way that we need to look at the meaning of “self” in the traditional sense of “me,” we also need to look at BH and self-awareness in the sense of not being able to control our own life. In other words, it’s not that you’re always doing the right thing, it’s just that you can’t control it.
It seems that most of us want to focus on improving our own health, but we only focus on that when we cant control our own lives. We think, “I can do it myself. I can go to the doctor and get my shots.” But that is the wrong approach. A good health plan includes a range of things, from medications to nutritional supplements to exercise and stress reduction. Your diet is one of those things, but it can be many things.
