There is an old saying among yogis, “the three levels of self-awareness.” This translates to, you have the awareness of the thoughts, the awareness of your actions, and the awareness of your thoughts and actions in conjunction with the three levels of self-awareness.
The three levels of self-awareness are the “I” level, the “me” level, and the “we” level. The I level refers to who you are as a person. The me level refers to the way you feel about yourself, and the we level refers to the way you feel about other people. The three levels of self-awareness help you break the habit of being lazy about your thoughts and actions.
When I’m sitting in my chair, or some place to sit, I have trouble thinking. I guess that’s because I don’t actually think about it. I guess that’s because I don’t think about anything that I’m doing. I think about what I’m doing, and how I’m doing things, and I’m thinking about it. I think about what I’m doing and how I’m doing it. That’s it. It’s a big part of my life.
The idea behind self-awareness is to be aware of our inner lives and conscious of our inner actions. We all know that when we’re in a bad mood or in an embarrassing state of mind we’re doing those things in order to get our feelings out, or to get our thoughts out. But that’s not why we do these things. We do them because we think we do them, because we’re trying to be aware of our feelings and thoughts.
We do it! We do it because we think we do it, but they are our true thoughts! We are not trying to be aware of what we are thinking and doing. We are more aware of our actions and thoughts than our thoughts are. So we are more aware of what we are doing than we are of what we are doing.
This is why some people have trouble with meditation. They get so lost in their thoughts that they stop paying attention to the thing they are trying to get out. It’s because their mind is so active that its too distracted by it.
In the same way, some people can be so engrossed in their thoughts that they forget to pay attention to what they are doing. They forget to check in with their actions and their thoughts. This is why some people have trouble with meditation. They get so engrossed in their thoughts that their actions and their thoughts become meaningless.
In the same way that we can get caught up in our thoughts and distracted, we can also forget to pay attention to what we are doing. As a result, we end up doing things that we would never do if we pay attention. For example, as a person who regularly meditates, I have found that I have a much better chance of remembering to breathe when I am meditating. So when I am in a high-speed car chase, I will breathe a little harder.
This is exactly what is happening to a lot of people who have lost their memory. The truth is that most of the time we’re not even aware that we’re having thoughts or actions or reactions. We don’t even know that we are doing them. We can’t really “remember” that we’re doing these things, so we don’t really know for sure whether we are doing them.
