We believe in self-awareness and the inner awareness of ourselves. Our inner awareness is what helps us to see the world around us, understand our own thoughts, and make decisions that support our life.

When it comes to inner awareness, there are two sides to the coin. The first side is that when we have a strong inner awareness of who we are, we can see it, but we cannot control who we become or who we are. The second side is that the person without this strong inner awareness cannot see who they are, not have control over who they become, and cannot control what happens to them.
The first side is called metacognition and it’s the ability to see ourselves in a certain situation and to know what will happen in the future. The second side is called self-awareness and it’s the ability to see ourselves as we are and to know who we are. To have either level of awareness, we have to give up control over who we become.
This is a little hard to grasp on the way that you can see the side of yourself that you don’t want to see. We can see ourselves as we are, but we also can see ourselves as we are and we can see ourselves as we are as we are. This is called self-awareness. It can be seen as a state of mind, a conscious and rational thought, or as a state of being.
