The problem is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.
The problem is, this is what happens when you do not have self-awareness. You stop controlling your thoughts and start controlling your actions. This is what happens when you forget you are on autopilot. You start taking action without thinking. This is what happens when you forget you are on autopilot.
When you don’t have self-awareness, you don’t have the ability to exercise meta-cognition. You don’t have the ability to know what you’re doing is important to the way you want to lead your life. You’re not actually aware of what is most important to you. You don’t even know what the most important thing you really want to do is.
This is why the most common thing people try to do when they are on autopilot is to forget what they are doing and just go with the flow. For example, if you are a doctor and youre on your way to your office to start your day, you might be able to just say to yourself, “I feel good, I’m on the way to work. I feel good. I’m on the way to work.
This is the most common thing people do when they are on autopilot. In fact, it is the easiest thing to do when you are on autopilot. We all know that you are not aware of why you are driving your car to the grocery store or why you are getting into your clothes or why you are putting out the trash. And we all know that you don’t really care why, just that you are doing it.
In the same way, we all know that when you are on autopilot you are unaware of what you are doing. So you are probably driving your car to the grocery store because you are on autopilot. You are walking to the office because you are on autopilot. That is why you are doing it. You are on autopilot.
